What to send us

To help with a match, keep your message simple. Basic contact details and a short note about what you need are usually enough.

For example, you can tell us if you are a new driver, have a foreign license, need SR-22 filing help, want coverage for more than one car, or recently moved to a new state. Coverage options, rules, and prices can vary by state and by insurer, so that basic context helps.

What not to send

For your privacy, do not include your Social Security number, driver's license number, or policy number in a message to CoverPair.

You also do not need to send payment details or full personal documents to ask for a match. If a licensed agent or broker later needs certain information to discuss insurance options, they can explain what is needed and why.
